1. Non-Applicability of Tangible Returns

Because Nourish Motion does not sell, distribute, or deliver physical goods or tangible products, traditional physical product return procedures (such as returning physical merchandise in original packaging, obtaining return merchandise authorizations, or postage-paid return labels) are not applicable.

2. Digital Content & Free Access

The vast majority of articles, stretching guides, daily routine suggestions, and educational mobility plans hosted on Nourish Motion are provided free of charge as part of our non-profit statutory sports education mission. Since no fees are charged for standard access, financial refund requests do not apply to these open materials.

3. Statutory Consumer Rights for Digital Services

In the event that paid workshops, localized club seminars, or premium educational consultations are introduced:

• 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided the digital service has not been fully performed with prior express consent.
• Cancellation Procedure: To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your unequivocal decision by emailing [email protected] with your registration details.
• Refund Execution: If eligible for a refund, funds are returned using the same payment method utilized in the initial transaction within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.
